Guarantees / Warranties / Installation and Service

• The Greywater Gardener 230™ is expected to provide 30+ years of reliable service when installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions.
• Manufacturer Warrantees of between 10 years and 12 months for all components.
• Installation is guaranteed when customers enter into service agreement with Waterwise Systems®. Customers who elect to self service (as more than 90% of Waterwise Systems® urban customers have chosen to do over the past decade), will still be eligible to receive manufacturer service when they require it.
• Plumbing works are guaranteed in accordance with individual State Government regulations which are normally around 7 years.
