Terms & Conditions
2. Prices stated in $AUD are per unit and GST inclusive.
3. Prices are a guide only for standard kit products and can vary dependent on plumbing and garden sizes. (Prices do not include installation costs).
4. All prices for installation are subject to Site Assessment (Prices are a guide only dependent on plumbing and garden sizes - do not include kit price).
5. Prices exclude waste/plumbing components and fittings and any electrical work or connections.
6. Variations to quote may apply if work requested by the customer varies from standard inclusions.
7. Installation prices are for Melbourne Metropolitan only. A travel fee may apply for areas out of Metropolitan Melbourne (POA).
8. Payment options: EFT, Cheque, Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard)
9. Payment in full is required at time of order of Kits and System Units.
10. 30% deposit for installation plumbing and irrigation options.
11. Full Payment for Installation must be completed on working day prior.
12. Goods remain the property of Waterwise Systems Partners Pty Ltd until paid for in full.
13. REFUND POLICY: Kits are strictly non-refundable. Cancellation of installations will incur a fee of 50% of deposit amount.
14. Prices do not include delivery. For delivery into Melbourne Metro please add $85. For delivery all other states please enquire for price.
15. Delivery will be within 10 working days from receipt of order and payment, unless otherwise arranged, subject to stock availability.
16. Waterwise Systems Partners Pty Ltd will endeavour to contact the purchaser as soon as is practicable if there are any delays due to stock availability.
17. For regulatory requirements the location of each system and contact details must be logged with Waterwise Systems Partners Pty Ltd on installation.
18. Installations may take longer than one working day.
